Body Language

I. Body language can be an influential tool or an extension of spontaneity. 


II. Body language affects first impressions 
     A. People take note of clothing, facial expressions, and other factors previously discussed. 


III. You can gain rapport through reflecting the attitude of others, listening to them, and through reciprocating their behaviour. 


IV. Trust is an extension of rapport.


V. Personal perception and interpretation affect behavioural observation. 

VI. Body language can be controlled if you are aware of your spontaneous body language.


VII. There is an area of science that researches the recognition of deception. This study is related to body language.


Applying Body Language


I. Useful for academia, diplomacy, politics


II. Alter the mindset and behaviour of you and the people surrounding you 
     A. body language also affects the effectivity of a group.




Please note I skipped over multiple chapters that were more attuned towards business.
